YOGA CLASSES:
Primary Series for beginners
Primary Series Led classes
Mysore-style classes
Group and private sessions
All approximately 90 minutes, except where stated.
Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before class.
Drinking is discouraged during class. But it is important to re-hydrate and flush toxins with water afterwards.
Please let the yoga teacher know if you have lower back or knee pain or other illness.
You may wish to bring a towel.
